Most items sold on site may be returned, with a few exceptions (you can see Returnable and Non-Returnable Items below). If they meet all applicable return requirements listed below, you may exchange or return the product you’ve purchased from the store. In the event you are returning a product, this must be completed within 30 days of your original delivery date.

Return requirements for all return eligible items

All clothing items and attire:

Note: Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached

Inspection for returns:

1. Once a return item arrives at our office, we will thouroughly inspect and/or check it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the applicable requirements listed above. If the item passes our Inspection, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost, which can take 1-3 business days. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will not accept the return and refuse to issue a refund.

Refunds:

2. Issued refunds will only include the amount for the product itself, and not the shipping cost.

- Refunds or correspondent messages will be sent back within 5 business days of item arrival, and will take 1-5 business days for bank process to be completed.

4. A new item will not be issued back to the customer, using the refunded money you must return back to the website and purchase the correct desired item.

Exchanges

As long as the item meets all exchange requirements listed below, then you may exchange the purchased item. In the event you are exchanging a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your original delivery date.
